NATHAN COOK PERSONAL TRAINER
THE CHALLENGE With 1 in 4 of the UK population considered obese and only 1 in 3 exercising for half an hour a week, there is a wealth of potential clients for Nathan to work with. Attracting clientele however, requires a strong brand identity and this wasn’t reflected in Nathan’s original name, DomiNate Fitness. The brand identity needed to reflect the nature of Nathan’s philosophy and outlook and therefore be professional, strong, understanding and inspirational.

Inspired by both Nathan and his clientèle’s desire for perfect proportions, I’ve taken inspiration for the logo’s form from the Fibonacci spiral. The fusion between the spiral and the monogram gives the logo a dynamic, contemporary, feel that reflects Nathan’s fresh approach to fitness.
Using Nathan’s image in conjunction with his logo on marketing materials, and online, enables a potential client to make an immediate visual connection with Nathan and my portrait of Nathan looking straight to camera captures his direct, yet approachable style.
